Blast from Yesteryear ...

Me in my kitty nursery. The quilt in the background on the wall is a "Four Winds" patterned quilt that was handmade clear back in the 1800s.

Hi! I've been feeling much better the past couple of days, and even found some energy to play a little bit with my Teenie Sardini. I hope all is well with you.

Thought I'd share some photos with you that Daddy took at the Albert City Threshermen & Collector's Show earlier this August. See photos below ...

Old cars and fun!

So, last Saturday Daddy worked at a car show, so I thought I'd share some photos from it with you in this blog entry. See the photos below ...

The photos above and below are of Jeff and Daddy at the car show. Jeff and Daddy work together detailing cars for a living.

And, the photo above and the ones below are of a couple cars that were at the car show that Daddy worked at.

Anyway, Daddy had fun at the car show last weekend. And, I hope you have a terrific rest of the week and upcoming weekend! Until next time ... stay cool! ~ Robert

Happy Tuesday!

Hi there! Thanks for coming to visit my blog today. It is lovely and sunny here where I live today.

I thought I'd share with you some new photos Mommy took of me last night playing with my new Bison Buddy. It was night time so the photos are a little dark ...

You can see my new Bison Buddy on the floor (right side of photo). I, of course, am perched on the trunk that Mommy and Daddy use as coffee table in the family room. I'm up there with my favorite toy, Teenie Sardini (seen between my front legs).

In the photo above my Teenie Sardini is on top of me, and I am trying to decide whether or not I should pounce on my Bison Buddy or not.

With my Teenie Sardini still on top of me, I'm still trying to decide if I should make the move to pounce on my Bison Buddy or not.

Alas, I loose my nerve and decide not to pounce. Mommy says my Bison Buddy is harmless, but I'm not too sure ... So, I would rather error on the side of caution and stay on top of the trunk where I know it is safe.

Have a good day ... Robert

Happy Saturday!

Sorry I haven't posted for a while. I've been feeling much better this past week, so finally got the energy to come into Mommy's studio in our home library area and type up this blog entry.

Mommy finally got the bistro table and chairs out onto the side patio that faces the Highway that goes by our home. I think it looks nice and adds some charm to the side of the house. You can see some photos Mommy took the other day of the bistro set outside our house below ...

When Mommy got done taking the photos outside, she came in and snapped the photo below of the shelf that hangs over the window in the breezeway overlooking the patio with the bistro set on it.

And when she came into the house from the breezeway, she snapped the photo below looking into the kitchen area.

And the photo below she took showing off the kitchen table area ...

The photo below shows a close-up of one of the things Mommy got Daddy for a wedding anniversary present on August 9 of this year. It is a group of antique German tiles that Mommy had framed for Daddy.

And, when Mommy came out of the kitchen she found me hiding under the antique sideboard sofa table that serves as a nice divider between the family room and the formal living room.

As you can see by the dark photos above and below, I was trying to hide from Mommy, but she found me and took these photos ...

Anyway, hope you have a great week ahead! ~ Robert
